Indoctrination into limiting beliefs of any kind can silence our voices. Whether you were raised in a controlling religion, family, society, or culture, you may have been indoctrinated with toxic beliefs.
Today's guest is Ryan Hall, who has an amazing story to tell about unmuting his voice after his family suffered several tragedies which compounded family dysfunction. Subtle indoctrination made Ryan believe his voice didn't matter, so he hid from the ensuing fights between his parents, began to become the parent of his parents, and never wanted to rebel to create waves! So, he hid out in his room for hours on end without friends just to stay safe.
Joyfully, Ryan found his voice and is sharing his message of hope around the world! Having found a group of people who supported and encouraged Ryan, writing his first manuscript, and being involved in life coaching, his life began to transform. Now he is sharing his message by writing, podcasting, and publishing. He helps others to become published authors. He is also a writing coach and life coach. His memoir is coming soon!
